We will gladly accept a return for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date.
U.S. RETURNS
To start your returns process please click the button below:
- Enter your order number and billing zip code.
- You will be presented with your order history. Just select the product you wish to return.
- Select a reason for the return and we will give you options for a direct exchange or full refund.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each item you wish to return.
- Review and verify your selections and submit your return.
- After digitally submitting your return, you will be presented with 2 options on how to return your item(s).
- Return your item(s) in-person at a Happy Returns Location.

Bring the item(s) you wish to return. That’s it! No box or receipt required.
You will receive an immediate refund.
- Return your item(s) by Mail
Print out the return shipping label and affix it to the original packaging and make sure that the products are in the same condition as when you received them (unworn, unwashed and with original tags).
Once your return is received and scanned via mail, a credit will be made in the original form of payment within 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers are responsible for return shipping and will need to contact Customer Care to initiate a return.
